Rent shall be payable in advance upon the 1st day of each calendar month, addressed to Square Peg Rents LLC. In the even rent is not received by the 5th, a late fee of $75 will be applied
Rents Payable: New, starting April 1st, 2023, Square Peg Rents will offer ACH Auto Pay! We will still accept Cash, Checks, and Venmo. However, due to changes in Venmo services, if you choose to use Venmo, a fee of 1.9% + 10 cents will apply. Please contact squarepegrents@gmail.com for more information on the ACH Auto Pay option.

Guests are responsible for the payment of all utilities and services for the entire premises.

Plumbing
Square Peg Rents LLC services all plumbing systems & drains prior to guests arrival
Guests are responsible for all plumbing stoppages, please contact Norfolk Plumbing to schedule a service visit for a time you will be at the property.

24 Hour Emergency Service.
To save on expensive plumbing visits, we advise guests to purchase a toilet plunger with a flange, almost all stoppages are removed via a plunger by the professionals. If the stoppage cannot be removed by a plunger we advise guests to contact Norfolk Plumbing.
Pests
Square Peg Rents LLC provides semi-annual pest control
Guests are responsible for all pest for exterminating any insect or wildlife pest infestation during or as a result of the Tenant's occupancy. Tenant shall immediately remedy any such infestations as soon a pest problem is observed.
We advise guests to purchase a spray based pest control RAID or similar products. If guests are unable to control or exterminate any pests we advise to schedule a pest control visit

Keys
Lockouts: Should a guest lock themselves out of their dwelling and be unable to gain access contact Square Peg Rents LLC. A temporary key will be provided and expected to be returned. If a temporary key is not returned a fee of $50 will apply.
Keyless Entry: Square Peg Rents LLC is responsible for ensuring the batteries in the locks are replaced. Without power the locks may be operated via a manual key or from the inside via the deadbolt leaver.
